Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we are unable to offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it; in the original, sealed package with all labels intact.
You MUST contact customerservice@battlebaubles.com to request return authorization BEFORE shipping your product back for a refund/return. DO NOT return your product before receiving authorization, or we are unable to offer you a refund. At this time, we are unable to cover shipping costs on returns; you are responsible for the cost of returning your product.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you have not yet received your refund, we ask that you please contact your credit card company or bank, as there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items
Only regular priced items are eligible for a refund. All sales are final on discounted items.
Defective or damaged items
We are only able to offer replacement items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a product for the same item, please send us an email at customerservice@battlebaubles.com before returning your item for an exchange.
Gifted items
We are unable to offer refunds or returns on gifted items. We honor our full warranty on gifted items and offer exchanges for variations of products; customer is responsible for shipping costs associated with exchanges.
Shipping returns and exchanges
To return your product, please email us at customerservice@battlebaubles.com and we will supply you with a return address.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a shipping service that includes tracking or purchasing shipping insurance. We are unable to guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
