Introduction – 2/8/25

Hi, hello, and how are you doin’? My name is Brandon, and I am the creator of Battle Baubles! This is my first blog post to prove that this site is run by an actual human being and not AI, lol

First things first – I am an independent business owner and everything you see here on BattleBaubles.com was designed by me! All of my products, all of the website – it’s all, for the time being, done by me! All of my designs are done in Photoshop, printed on 100 lb glossy cover paper, placed into stainless steel trays, dabbed with dimensional jewelry adhesive, and capped off with a glass dome cabochon. That’s right – each order is personally hand assembled by yours truly. Furthermore, I make all of my packaging, too; sure, the mylar bags that Battle Baubles come is aren’t handmade, but the labels are designed, printed, and applied by hand.

I use a WordPress theme for the website’s framework, but I designed the layout and created the graphics myself. If something doesn’t work, it’s because I’m not a coder by trade lol. I’m stumbling my way through making all of this to try and deliver you a premium, quality product for a reasonable price.

We DO sell to local game stores and other small businesses, too – mostly because I LOVE my local store (shoutout to Odyssey Games in Kalamazoo, MI) and their part in getting me back into playing and collecting TCGs, but because I love communities and the support systems they provide to gamers everywhere. Life long friends can be found at these stores, and some of our strongest bonds are made while competing, trading, and engaging with each other’s content and personalities in these communities. I want to be a part of that as much as I can by supporting small, local businesses, which is why if you see Battle Baubles in a game store, it’s because I BELIEVE in that particular store’s mission and place in their community.

All that is to say I hope you enjoy my products, and I hope that if you see Battle Baubles in the wild, it’s because someone else believes in my mission, my designs, or my dreams. Thanks for being here!
